Refund & return Policy

At Bae & Todd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Eligibility:

  • We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return shipping and handling cost are responsibility of the customer.

Please allow us 3-5 days for us to process each return, once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: 

Please keep your tracking info until you have received your refund/store credit. In case of a lost package we will need a proof of shipment.

Possible outcomes:

  • Package found: If the package is located, we'll update your tracking information and arrange for its delivery.
  • Package not found: In rare cases, a package may be truly lost. If the carrier determines the package is lost, we will offer you the following options:
    • Full refund: We'll issue a full refund for the purchase price and original shipping cost.
    • Replacement: If available, we'll send you a replacement item free of charge.
    • Store credit: We'll offer you store credit for the purchase price and original shipping cost.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot guarantee the replacement of lost items that are out of stock.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
